Mold Cleaning

This is white mold growing in the attic of a house. As you can see there was quite a bit and after the SERVPRO team got in there and cleaned the mold with our state-of-the-art cleaning agents and our anti-microbial to keep from future growth they painted the attic white. It is important to be alert to the following factors for mold, strong musty odors can indicate mold is present, evidence of past moisture problems, and excessive humidity. Mold can also be a sign of high moisture in that area, which could indicate a leak somewhere. You always want to make sure the source of the leak is stopped before completing any other fixes.
