Chuck Caul
Chuck Caul has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2010. He is currently our Production Manager and is IICRC Water Damage Restoration certified. Chuck has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
Tell us about yourself.
“I started working construction with my dad when I was 10 and stayed in the building trade until 2010 when I then started with SERVPRO.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I’ve never been on a golf course and have no desire to do so, but I love to watch golf on TV.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I enjoy sitting with the guys after work and talking about the day.”
Katie Nichols
Katie Nichols has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest Valley since 2014. She is our Office Manager and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
Tell us about yourself.
“I attended Blair schools from preschool until high school graduation. I have two boys ages 17 and 11, as well as three brothers and two sisters. I like to bake, and I play on a co-ed softball team every summer.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I played alto saxophone from 5th grade until I graduated high school, and I won second place for a solo in a large band competition.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I love how family-oriented they are. I genuinely enjoy working with my co-workers. We all get along really well.”
Do you have a funny SERVPRO memory?
“There are a lot of memories. I enjoy the random pranks we pull on each other at the office.”
Garrett Bymers
Garrett Bymers has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2016 and is currently a Crew Chief. Garrett oversees jobs from start to finish to ensure the mitigation process goes smoothly. He has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
Tell us about yourself.
“I play the guitar and do a bit of singing for fun. I have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Memphis Belle, who basically runs my life after work.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I am a bit of a cinephile. I thoroughly enjoy all kinds of movies and know a lot of useless information about them.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“The comradery. Everyone on the crew is an absolute blast to work with. It is relieving to work for someone like Rick who you can always count on to do the honorable thing. The atmosphere is the most enjoyable I have ever encountered at a job.”
Do you have a funny SERVPRO memory?
“Pulling pranks in the shop using fake spiders and snakes is always a blast.”
Colton Gayer
Colton Gayer has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2016. He is currently a Crew Chief who handles jobs start to finish. Colton has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
Tell us about yourself.
“I have a high school diploma and two years of college. Work experience includes commercial roofing, building and distribution of store fixtures, and customer service with Jimmy John’s. I have 10 siblings. My hobby is free time!”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I love people and animals, and I can work quickly despite my size.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I love the TRUE team aspect, the comradery, and the level of open communication without the fear of ostracization. I appreciate how the togetherness and communication carries over to the jobsite and helps jobs go smoothly.”
Rod McKee
Rod McKee has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2018. He is currently a Production Manager and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). Rod has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.

“After high school, I went straight into the workforce and worked in the nuclear industry for 39 years. I am married with three children, and I have six grandchildren.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“My favorite thing about working at SERVPRO is the people I work with. The entire staff is great.”
Matt Pavlik
Matt Pavlik has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2018. He is currently a Crew Chief and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
Tell us about yourself.
“I recently graduated from Arlington High School. I worked at Tractor Supply for two years. I enjoy online gaming, working on my car, and helping my dad work on small engines.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I am number 12 out of 15 siblings.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I enjoy the people I work with and their generosity. Also, it feels good knowing I can help homeowners in times of distress or catastrophe.”
Matt Smidlein
Matt Smidlein has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since March of 2019. He is currently a Marketing Representative.
Tell us about yourself.
"Before starting at SERVPRO I attended college at Aurora University on a Lacrosse scholarship. After graduating I moved back to Omaha to be close to my family. In my free time I am involved in coaching and playing lacrosse."
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I have lived in 6 different states growing up”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I enjoy talking to the crew and office staff everyday! Everyone has a great personality and is fun to work with!"
Parker Sternberg
Parker Sternberg has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since June 2020. He is currently a Production Technician.

“I am 17 years old and currently attend Blair High School.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“In my free time I really like to fish and go on adventures with my friends.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“At SERVPRO everyone is really nice and funny. I like helping people out and I enjoy putting a smile on their face."
Noah Eggena
Noah Eggena has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since May of 2017. He is currently a Production Technician.

“My name is Noah Eggena, I am fun personable and a dedicated worker.”

“I am originally from South Dakota.”

“What I love about working with the SERVPRO team is the fun we have working together and the different people we get to meet everyday.”
Ann Robins
Ann has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since April of 2020. She is currently an Admin Assistant.

“My name is Ann Robins, I am the mother to a beautiful 9 year old daughter. ”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I enjoy cooking, tending my flowers, and refurbishing old furniture.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I enjoy working for SERVPRO, my coworkers are amazing. I worked in a cubicle for a little over 9 years, here at SERVPRO I get to actually interact with customers and work at job sites. It feels good to know i'm helping customers and making a difference in a hectic time of their life. ”
Ryan Hickey

“I am the only employee from Council Bluffs.”
