Commercial Water Damage Restoration in Omaha

This water loss was caused by freezing weather that burst the pipes in the overhead sprinkler system. The Cross Training Center empowers the disadvantaged and undereducated youth and adults in our Omaha community by offering skills and guidance leading to self-sufficiency. Our SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest team relishes in giving back and supporting our neighbors, so we worked extra hard to keep this endeavor open. The stagnant water in the lines can contain bacterial growth, odors, and possible pathogens. The spray wicked into the walls, peeled off some paint, and soaked the glued-down commercial grade carpeting. Our technicians carefully provided a partial demolition by removing the carpet, and the non-salvageable lower portion of the gypsum board. We then dried the exposed wall cavities and studs along with the concrete pad using heated air movers and dehumidifiers.
