Katie Nichols
Katie Nichols has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest Valley since 2014. She is our Office Manager and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
Tell us about yourself.
“I attended Blair schools from preschool until high school graduation. I have two boys ages 17 and 11, as well as three brothers and two sisters. I like to bake, and I play on a co-ed softball team every summer.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I played alto saxophone from 5th grade until I graduated high school, and I won second place for a solo in a large band competition.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I love how family-oriented they are. I genuinely enjoy working with my co-workers. We all get along really well.”
Do you have a funny SERVPRO memory?
“There are a lot of memories. I enjoy the random pranks we pull on each other at the office.”
Garrett Bymers
Garrett Bymers has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2016 and is currently a Crew Chief. Garrett oversees jobs from start to finish to ensure the mitigation process goes smoothly. He has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.
Tell us about yourself.
“I play the guitar and do a bit of singing for fun. I have a 2-year-old Golden Retriever named Memphis Belle, who basically runs my life after work.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I am a bit of a cinephile. I thoroughly enjoy all kinds of movies and know a lot of useless information about them.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“The comradery. Everyone on the crew is an absolute blast to work with. It is relieving to work for someone like Rick who you can always count on to do the honorable thing. The atmosphere is the most enjoyable I have ever encountered at a job.”
Do you have a funny SERVPRO memory?
“Pulling pranks in the shop using fake spiders and snakes is always a blast.”
Matt Pavlik
Matt Pavlik has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2018. He is currently a Crew Chief and is certified as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT).
Tell us about yourself.
“I recently graduated from Arlington High School. I worked at Tractor Supply for two years. I enjoy online gaming, working on my car, and helping my dad work on small engines.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I am number 12 out of 15 siblings.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“I enjoy the people I work with and their generosity. Also, it feels good knowing I can help homeowners in times of distress or catastrophe.”
Noah Eggena
Noah Eggena has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since May of 2017. He is currently a Production Technician.

“My name is Noah Eggena, I am fun personable and a dedicated worker.”
What is an interesting fact about you?
“I am originally from South Dakota.”
What is your favorite part about working with the SERVPRO team?
“What I love about working with the SERVPRO team is the fun we have working together and the different people we get to meet everyday.”
Justin Pavlik
Justin Pavlik has been with SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest since 2018. He is currently a Production Technician.
What is an interesting fact about you?
“An interesting fact about me is that I like to play guitar and watch football.”

“My favorite part about working for the SERVPRO team is how everyone works well together. ”
Lathe Toft
Owner
Lathe is no stranger to the SERVPRO industry. Previously the owner of a franchise in northwest Iowa, Lathe brings a handful of certifications as well as over 15 years in construction experience with him. Lathe prides himself in taking care of his customers and getting the job done right.

Nicole Toft
Owner
Nicole wears a variety of hats in her role as owner of SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest. She has prior experience in sales which helps her lead the sales and marketing team. In addition to the Marketing Manager role, Nicole also helps lead the office team in their day to day duties.
Lathe & Nicole have two kids and recently relocated from northwest Iowa. They look forward to helping the Omaha Southwest and surrounding areas.
